About me

Before taking the opportunity to be a culinary arts instructor at Okanagan College, I had a chance to participate in Leadership Development and Marketing with Harvard Business School. Those program studies taught me to use more productive communication skills at work and personal life. After the Learner-Centered Instructor Certificate Program (OC) and Business Foundations (UBC), I also have learned how to integrate different approaches with students.

Customer service focus and problem-solving have always been critical to the job. With my immigrant background and multiple language skills, I can comprehend what the multicultural students would need to inspire hope and ignite their imagination.

My lifetime motto is: “You can learn everything but attitude.”
